Description:

This washer is in “brand new” condition and has never been used in production and it’s available for immediate delivery. The washer is equipped with a Pre-Spray section with two top and two bottom spray bars and water tank with recirculation pump and external, 25 micron, dual-bag, filtration system. The Wash section is equipped with three-pairs of Low-E brushes, three water tanks heated by electric heating elements and equipped with water conductivity monitoring for each water tank.

The first Rinse section has one top and one bottom spray bars with water tank, recirculating pump and upflow carbon filter. The final Rinse section has two top and two bottom spray bars with water tank, recirculating pump, and D-I polishing unit.  The Drying section has a powerful drying fan mounted on a mezzanine and a top antistatic bar at the exit of Drying section. The Washing/Drying sections are equipped with a screw-jack lifting system for easy maintenance.
